Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscriptions

DoctorMCAT offers monthly subscription plans billed through our payment processor, Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.

2. Cancelling Your Subscription

You can cancel at any time from your account billing settings. When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again. You keep full access to paid features until that period ends.

3. Refunds

Because access to our digital study materials is granted immediately, payments for a billing period that has already started are generally non-refundable. Cancelling stops all future charges but does not retroactively refund the current period.

We will, however, gladly issue a refund in the following cases:

• A duplicate or accidental charge
• A technical billing error on our side
• Any refund required by applicable consumer-protection law

4. Free Tier

DoctorMCAT offers a free tier so you can evaluate the platform before subscribing. We encourage you to use it to confirm the Service meets your needs prior to upgrading.

5. No Score Guarantee

DoctorMCAT is a supplementary study tool. We do not guarantee any specific MCAT score or score improvement, and score outcomes are not grounds for a refund.

6. How to Request a Refund

For billing questions or to request a refund under the cases above, please contact us with the email address on your account and the approximate date of the charge. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
